Before we build, let's understand what we're measuring against.
The European Food Pyramid (simplified):
🍞 **Base (eat most):** Grains, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes 🥬 **Second level:** Vegetables and fruits (5+ portions daily) 🥛 **Third level:** Dairy, meat, fish, eggs, legumes (moderate) 🍫 **Top (eat least):** Fats, oils, sweets (sparingly)
**Plus:** 💧 **Water:** 1.5-2 liters daily 🏃 **Activity:** Regular physical exercise
